Domestic Order ( INDIA ) :

• Cash on delivery order take time 6-8 days time.
• Prepaid order take time 3-5 days.
• Note : Above time period is for city area and mega city. Village area and selected special area take time 3 days more than mention time period.

International Order ( OVERSEAS ) :

• Cash on delivery NOT AVAILABLE.
• Prepaid order take time 10-12 days.
• Note : Above time period is for city area and mega city. Village area and selected special area take time 4-5 days more than mention time period.

• Yes, you can give us order BUT Cash On Delivery service NOT available.
• You have to pay Prepaid Order only.

• Yes, you will get email of your placed / confirmed order. If you don’t get any confirmation then contact us within 24 hours of your placing order with your Order ID ( That will show on panel at the last step of placing order ).
• Our email and  WhatsApp number mentioned in contact us form.

• You can see option in bottom part of our website there is mentioned “Size Guide” option.
• Click on that option and there is available all size with guide.

Do not worry! You might be experiencing some slight delay in the updating of your order details to the ‘My Account’ section, for sometimes our systems are flooded with new orders. So please be patient—Your order details will be automatically updated soon.

• Yes, you can cancel duplicate order.

Refund of your Duplicate order :

• Cash on Delivery : In this case you don’t have paid so no Refund but you have to inform us within 24 hours.
• Prepaid order by RazorPay : You will get refund with 2.5% deduct amount from your total amount of order because that is RazorPay transfer charges.
• Prepaid order by Stripe Gateway option : You will get refund with 8% deduct amount from your total amount of order because that is Payment Gateway transfer charges.

Cash on delivery Order :

• You can give order up to 5000 RS only. 
• Above 5000 Rs order you have to confirmation on Call or You have to pay rest of amount by Bank transfer, Google Pay, Paytm or PhonePe option. ( This procedure will follow after order placed. Our team will call you and assist you how you can placed order above 5000 Rs. )
• NOTE : Above details for Indian customer only because COD not available for International customer presently.

Prepaid Order :

• Yes, you can placed order. There is NO LIMIT for Domestic ( India ) order OR  International ( Overseas ) order.

Prices and availability are subject to change without any prior notice. The prices mentioned on the Site are not subject to comparison with the same or similar product(s) and/or service(s) available through any online or offline sale. The pricing is subject to our pricing policy and the prices shall be determined only at our sole discretion.
• While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or telephone number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that we accept your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account. The payment may be processed prior to our dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the User under the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) option.

• Don’t worry. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Sometimes there is no stock, product related issue or there is not available service to deliver courier there are multiple reason.
• Amount that you have paid that will reverse in your bank account within 3 days. If you will not get then within 3 days you have to inform us on our Email or Whatsapp.
