RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

So we have a very generous 5 days Return and exchange policy on our products.

There can be 10 to 15% variations from product image in any of all over embroidered designs and colours.

In all over embroidered there can be a difference because of its manufacturing process, just the patch areas will be different otherwise patterns will be accurate.

Colour variation is because of screen monitoring difference between any two different devices.

However making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, Understood and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  • We have a 5 days return & Exchange policy from the date of product delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can Return or Exchange it within 5 days
  • Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, Including hangers, polyester bags, Hang tags on garments
  • We process your refunds only through net banking channels and ensure strict privacy for protecting your data.
  • Customers must have to return the product with a bill and label with it.

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS?

  • A return for Refund or Exchange request has to be placed within 5 days from the time of order delivered, WhatsApp help desk {Contact Number}.
  • Once we receive the request, after having a conversation with the customer, we will approve and confirm the return or exchange request.
  • Once acknowledged by the team, the customer has to self-Ship and handle the return courier process by him/herself through any local courier company. We do not have a reverse pickup facility. (Shipping courier charges has to be paid by customer him/herself)

  • After submitting the parcel customer has to share the details or image of acknowledgement receipt, via WhatsApp helpdesk No.{Contact Number}
  • As soon as we receive a returned product, it will go through quality testing and once approved we will process your amount refund within 3-4 working days directly in your provided bank account.
  • In case of exchange, once we receive a returned product, it will go through quality testing and once approved we will dispatch your exchanged product as soon as possible.

Products Purchased in sales or discounts are only eligible for Exchange and not for return for refund.
